I’ve been coaching for a few decades, but I didn’t realize that what I was doing was actually a skill. My talent is not dispensing advice, but offering guidance as you arrive at your own answers and path. It’s important for you to know that you already have all the answers you’re looking for. I’m here only to nudge you along as you reveal them to yourself. I’m an intuitive, empathetic soul with a strong need to direct people to their highest, whole and authentic self.

 

I have a Bachelor in Psychology and a Bachelor in Social Work. As a profession, psychology was a bit too “cold” for me. Social work utilizes statistics and analysis, but never forgets that the person is a living, breathing, and bleeding human being – so I stayed a bit longer at university to study social work.

 

I’m also a student at the Institute for Life Coach Training. I will become a Certified Life Coach this year.

 

What else? Hmmm.

 

Well, I have a half-written screenplay in my possession. (I need a life coach to help me finish this. Know anyone?)

 

Oops. I almost forgot. Since I’m a member of society and not yet a fully fledged nonconformist, here are the important stats:

 

• I am a woman. I don’t have kids or a husband. I hope these “benchmarks” are not an important factor in your choice of a life coach, because I’m really good at this coaching thing and I have tons of life experience to boot!

• The closest thing I have to pets are these pesky fruit flies that inhabit my kitchen every summer.

• Other than that, I receive and give my love and affection from my family and friends and especially my niblings (nieces and nephews).
